- Cranberries should be thoroughly washed and sorted. If you use frozen berries, you must defrost them before you start cooking.

Then add sugar to it to taste, so that the fruit drink is not too acidic. If you use honey, do not forget that when dissolved in hot water, it loses most of its beneficial properties. Therefore, it should be added already before serving, when the fruit drink has completely cooled down.
- Rub the cranberries vigorously through a sieve using a crush until concentrated cranberry juice is obtained.
- Do not throw away the cake from the berries, but transfer to the bottom of the pan with water, mix and leave to insist for 40-50 minutes. So that the juice at this time does not lose its useful properties, it should be taken out in the cold or refrigerated, covering the bowl with plastic wrap.
- Strain the infused fruit drink through a sieve in a decanter. Add cranberry juice and mix.
- Serve fruit drinks can be both cold and hot. It is useful to use it as a prophylaxis of diseases in the autumn-winter period, and also as a means to increase the tone of the body, with caffeine intolerance.
