Kitchen appliances and utensils: kitchen scales and other measuring accessories, a capacious bowl, mixer, a tablespoon, a plastic container or an ice cream mold, a refrigerator and a freezer.
Ingredients
Components | proportions |
boiled condensed milk | 200 g |
milk (fat content not less than 2.5%) | 200 ml |
cream (fat content not less than 33%) | 400 ml |
Step cooking
- First of all, about half an hour before the start of cooking, we send 400 ml of heavy cream to the refrigerator. In a capacious bowl for kneading ice cream, spread 200 g of boiled condensed milk. We pour in 200 ml of milk, the fat content of which is at least 2.5%.
- Mix both ingredients until smooth. In order to make condensed milk and milk easier to stir, their mixture must be left in a warm place for about half an hour.
- In a separate container, whip pre-chilled cream using a mixer. First, whip the cream at low speeds, and after the appearance of foam, increase the speed. As a result, cream should acquire the consistency of a thick, stable foam.
- Using a tablespoon, add the condensed mass into the cream in small portions, stirring the mixture with a mixer at low speeds. As soon as the milk mixture acquires a more liquid consistency, pour it into a bowl to the remaining condensed milk and beat thoroughly with a mixer. As a result, you should get a homogeneous, viscous mass of soft caramel color.
- We transfer liquid ice cream to a plastic container or ice cream mold. We cover the container with a tight lid and put the product in the freezer for 6-8 hours, and best of all at night.
- After the specified time has passed, remove the ice cream from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes. Divide the treat into portions and place it on plates.
What to serve
I suggest that you familiarize yourself with a short list of creme brulee ice cream additives that will not only decorate your treats, but also make it more appetizing, tasty and aromatic.
- chocolate chips, chocolate droplets or chocolate syrup - perhaps this is a classic;
- confectionery powders of various colors and shapes (leaves, hearts, balls, stars);
- fresh berries or fruits, cut into thin slices or small pieces;
- any lightly fried nuts;
- chewing sweets - spread in general on top of ice cream;
- marmalade, cut into small cubes, and then evenly spread over the entire surface of the ice cream;
- candy crumbs - crush various caramel and mint candies in a mortar;
