- Before making ice cream at home, you need to make a component for it, such as cream. To do this, put in a pan with a thick bottom 250 ml of milk of any fat content. Add to it 250 grams of butter of 72 percent fat and heat, stirring, until the butter is completely dissolved.
- Pour a hot mixture of milk and butter into a blender bowl and beat for 7-10 minutes. Pour the whipped mass into a separate dish, for example, in a glass jar, let cool to room temperature, put in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours. After this time, we have finished cream and now we prepare homemade ice cream.
Making ice cream
- Pour 500 ml of cream into a deep bowl, whisk them with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, add condensed milk in the amount of 250 grams. If you want to get a sweeter ice cream, then the amount of condensed milk can be increased.
- Mix the mass with a mixer until completely homogeneous. We cover the container with cling film and place in the freezer for 40 minutes. After forty minutes have passed, we get the ice cream out of the cell, take a wooden kitchen spoon with a long handle and mix the mass to remove pieces of ice.
- We again cover the container with ice cream with cling film or a lid, place it in the freezer for another forty minutes.
- After 40 minutes, we again take out the container from the freezer, mix the ice cream with a kitchen spoon, return it to the chamber for 40 minutes. So we do it 2-3 times, mixing ice cream and placing it in the freezer. When the whole mass thickens well, you can add chocolate chips, berries, filler, boiled condensed milk, mix a little ice cream.
- After the last mixing, put the ice cream in a special container, level it, cover and place in the freezer for long-term storage. We get the ice cream for 7-10 minutes before serving, so that it softens a little, we collect in a round container to make balls, put it in small ice cream vases, serve it on the table.
Useful Tips
- Homemade ice cream can be made from cream with a lower percentage of fat content, for example, ten percent. It will also be very tasty, less high-calorie.
- You can store such a home product at home in the freezer for a long time, it is in no way inferior in taste to a store product.
