Step cooking
Preparatory work
You need to remove 200 g of butter in advance to make it soft. Wash, peel and grate 250 g of carrots on a fine grater. If you have juicy carrots, squeeze it. Peel and grind 30 g of nuts.
Cooking dough
- Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 200 g of granulated sugar and beat well with a mixer.
- Mass should increase by 2.5 - 3 times.
- Add 180 g of softened butter to the resulting mass (leave 20 g to grease the multicooker) and mix everything well.
- Add nuts, carrots and mix again.
- Finely chop a couple of pineapple rings into cubes, add to the dough and mix well with a spatula or spoon.
- Sift flour into a separate bowl. Add about half the flour, vanilla on the tip of the knife, 20 g of baking powder to the dough and gently mix them with the spatula from the bottom up in one direction.
- Add the rest of the flour and continue kneading. The dough will turn out quite thick.
- Lubricate the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with the remaining butter using a brush.
- Lay out the dough and evenly distribute it on the bottom of the multicooker with a spatula.
- Close the cooker lid. Cook in the “Baking” mode 1 h 10 min. At the end of the specified time, open the multicooker lid and check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick. If it is dry - the biscuit is ready.
Cooking cream
- Cut the remaining pineapples into small cubes.
- For cream, put 500 g of cottage cheese in a clean bowl, add 2 tbsp. l icing sugar and stir well.
- For taste add 1 tbsp. l canned pineapple syrup and stir well again. The cream is ready.
Cake assembly
- Remove the biscuit from the multicooker and let it cool completely. To facilitate this process, use a double boiler basket. It is also convenient to cool a biscuit on it.
- Cut the cooled biscuit into 3 cakes.
Did you know? It is convenient to cut the biscuit into parts in the following way: cut the cake in a circle with a knife, then take a strong thread and insert it into the slots in a circle. Connect the ends of the thread and pull them. It turns out a smooth, beautiful cut. - We spread the lower crust and apply 1/3 cream and ½ chopped pineapples on it.
- Set the next layer and repeat the action.
- Coat the cake with the remaining cream on top and around the edges.
