Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Large onions - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Salt - 1 dess. l
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp. l
- Ground red pepper - ¼ tsp.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step cooking
- Grind 1 kg of carrots on a coarse grater. You can use an electric shredder or a special grater for Korean carrots. Add 1 dessert spoon of salt to carrots.
- Finely chop 2 large onions.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil until it acquires a golden hue.
- Pour into a carrot 1 tbsp. l Sahara. Pour 3 tbsp. l vinegar. Add a quarter teaspoon of ground red pepper.
- Peel 3-4 cloves of garlic, pass through the garlic and add to the carrots, mix thoroughly. We spread the fried onions into the total mass and mix again.
- We lay out the prepared carrots in clean, dry cans, close them with plastic or twist lids.
- Keep such carrots in the refrigerator.
