Ingredients
- Milk of any fat content - 500 ml

Step cooking

- Place the pot on medium heat and bring the milk to a boil.
- Pour 5-6 tbsp. l stir pasta.
- As soon as the soup boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. or as long as indicated on pasta packaging.
- At the very end of cooking, put 150 g of butter in a pan and gently stir until it is completely dissolved.
- The soup is ready. Pour it into plates and serve. Enjoy your meal!
Useful Tips
- For cooking milk soup, a pan with a thick bottom and non-stick coating is best suited. Pre-rinse it with cold water.
- In enameled dishes, milk can burn, then the soup will get an unpleasant smell and the dish will be spoiled.
- Shop milk can not be diluted with water, but home-made milk should be diluted with a prescription.
