Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Wheat flour - as needed
- Milk - 250 g
- Water - 125 g
Step cooking
- Break 1 chicken egg into a bowl and add a small amount of wheat flour to knead the dough on noodles.
- Knead the dough.
- Using a rolling pin we give a piece of dough a rectangular shape.
- Several times we pass a layer of dough through a noodle cutter and roll it into a very thin strip.
- We cut the finished and rolled out dough using a special nozzle on a noodle cutter or use an ordinary knife.
- Pour 250 grams of milk, 125 grams of pure cold water into the stewpan.
- Add granulated sugar to taste and a little salt. Mix everything, put on the stove and bring to a boil.
- When the liquid boils, add the right amount of noodles to it and, stirring, bring to readiness.
- Pour the finished soup into plates and serve.
Decoration methods and serving options
- If you do not have a special tool for making homemade noodles, then you can easily cook it yourself. To do this, you will need to knead the dough from eggs and flour to a good elastic state. Then roll it out several times to make a thin layer, and cut the noodles themselves.
- In case you do not have time to make homemade noodles or you just do not want to do this, use any pasta bought in the store. It is recommended to purchase only high-quality, made from durum wheat.
- If you want the dish to be sweet, then add more granulated sugar. If on the contrary, then use less sugar and more salt.
- You can also add some honey to the dish. But in this case, you will need to wait for the soup to cool slightly, since it is strictly forbidden to add honey to boiling water.
