Kitchen appliances and utensils: a refrigerator, a coffee maker (or a turkish tea strainer and strainer), a whisk (or a blender / mixer with a whisk attachment), a small pan, several bowls, a spoon, a ladle, glasses or jellies.

Step cooking
- Measure out all the necessary components. Wash and cook the bowls - they must be dry. Rinse the eggs (as you will manipulate them) under water and place in a soda solution for a couple of minutes. This will disinfect the surface, and it will be possible to calmly separate the yolks, without fear that pathogens will get inside. Pour 25 g of gelatin into a small bowl and pour 100 ml of water at room temperature. Water must be potable and boiled, because a mixture of water and gelatin will then be included in the jelly. Stir the gelatin well and let it swell for half an hour.
- Put a saucepan with 500 ml of milk on the fire. While stirring, bring to a boil. Be sure to remove the foam. When the milk boils, let it cool.
- At this time, separate the whites from the yolks. Put the proteins in a container and refrigerate them (you may want to decorate your jelly with whipped proteins later). Put the yolks in a deep bowl and beat a little with a whisk (or a blender, or a mixer). Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to the yolks and beat until smooth.
- If the milk has cooled to 50 degrees, then you can gradually pour it into the yolks with sugar and stir with a regular or wooden spoon.
- Pour the swollen gelatin into the mixture and mix again.
- Use a ladle to carefully pour the future milk jelly into the glass bowls. Pour just below the middle. If you have standard cups 175-200 ml, you get 4 pcs.
- Place the bowls in the refrigerator for 2 hours for cooling and solidification.
- Mix left in bowl until cover and set aside not in a cold place. You need to prevent gelatin from solidifying. After two hours, brew a cup of strong coffee. Take 2 tsp. ground coffee and make a drink in any way convenient for you: in a Turk, in a coffee machine, in the microwave.
- The only thing - drain the liquid from the thick. You need 75 ml of pure, without thick, strong coffee! Allow the drink to cool for a couple of minutes and pour into the previously set aside mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Remove the jars from the refrigerator and check the condition of the lower layer of jelly. He must grasp and freeze well, otherwise the layers will mix. Try a mixture of coffee - it should not be hot, even preferably not warm. If everything is normal, pour a second layer of jelly with a ladle and refrigerate again for 2 hours.
- After two hours, take out the finished jelly, if you wish, decorate to your liking and enjoy!
