Step cooking
- We take 15 grams of gelatin, fill it with 400 milliliters of milk and leave to swell.
- The remaining 350 milliliters of milk is poured into a pan and put on a gas or electric stove to heat up to the first bubbles (about 70 degrees). We also add 100 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar to a pan with milk. It is best to use the flesh of a vanilla pod.
- When the milk is heated to the desired temperature, add the swollen gelatin to it and mix well. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. If you are not sure that it has completely dissolved, then strain the milk through a strainer.
- We pour jelly into any forms for solidification. To cool the jelly faster - put it in cold water.
- When the jelly has cooled to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Strawberry sauce can add strawberry sauce, it will be very tasty. Jelly is ready, you can serve it to the table.

Strawberry Jelly Sauce
It blends perfectly with milk jelly. For its preparation, we take 500 grams of fresh or frozen strawberries and cook it in a pan until liquid jam, stirring the berries so that they do not burn. Next, pour 100 grams of brown sugar into the pan and mix. Take half the lemon and squeeze the juice out of it into a saucepan with strawberries.
Then add 30 grams of corn starch and mix gently. Berries need to boil for a minute, then leave them to cool for half an hour. Beat the cooled mass in a blender for several minutes. Cook the resulting mashed potatoes over medium heat for 20 minutes. The resulting mass is filtered through a sieve. The sauce is ready.
Tips for the hostess
- Ready milk jelly is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 12 hours at a temperature of 4 to 8 degrees.
- If you didn’t manage to pour the finished jelly into the molds, then just repeat the heating process and pour it into the necessary dishes.
- Give preference to agar-agar, and your work will become much easier.
- So that the jelly does not curl into a lump and does not freeze for a very long time - do not fill it with too cold water or boiling water.
