Step cooking
- We clean the fish from scales, remove the entrails and fins.
- Cut into portions.
- Put the chopped fish in a bowl and add 1 tsp. coarse salt.
- Add 1 tsp. seasonings for fish.
- Mix gently.
- Pour boiling water into the multicooker bowl.
