Sliced long loaf | 1 PC. |
Tomato (large) | 1 PC. |
Cooked smoked sausage or sausages | 250 g |
Dill (small bunch) | 1 PC. |
Dutch cheese | 100 g |
Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- We cut one loaf into not very thin slices. We leave the humpbacks. We will not need them.
- Wash one tomato, remove the core and cut into cubes.
- Sausage or sausages (250 g) are cut into small cubes and sent to a bowl with tomatoes.
- I wash a small bunch of dill, drain it and finely chop it. Instead of fresh dill, you can take frozen.
- Grate one hundred grams of cheese on a coarse grater and add to a bowl.
- Then add to the bowl 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise and mix the filling well.
- Spread the filling on the slices of the loaf and put them on a baking sheet.
- We put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 6-8 minutes. Take out, let cool.
Ways of decorating and serving
- Pizza can be served with both wine and lemonade. Both of these drinks in their own way set off the taste of pizza, making it special.
- It can also be served with hot tea or cream coffee. This will be the so-called Italian version of this dish.
- It is customary to eat pizza with your hands, holding onto the edges. Therefore, serving napkins to the table is mandatory.
- You can decorate our mini pizzas with olives or pickled mushrooms.
- Cut the olives into circles and put on top of each slice of the loaf while the cheese is still hot.
- Pickled mushrooms are best chosen small and not cut into cubes, but cut into thin slices. Then put several such slices on slices of loaf while the cheese is still hot on them.
- You can also decorate pizza with steamed Bulgarian pepper of bright colors. To do this, figures are cut out of pepper (using cookie cutters) and laid out on each slice of pizza loaf.
