Step cooking
- To prepare this pizza, we will use the ready-made store puff pastry. You can take any, you may want to cook it yourself. On our site you can find several options for making dough, which is perfect for today's baking. If the dough is frozen, remove it first, let it melt. We divide the layer of puff pastry into 4 parts, each roll out separately, give a square or rectangular shape.
- We spread all the layers on one sheet of parchment paper for baking, bend the edges, make sides of them so that the filling does not leak during baking.
- Lubricate the surface of the layers with ketchup, then lay out the filling.
- To do this, prepare the filling in advance. We wash four cherry tomatoes and cut into four parts.
- Then cut into 100 g thin meat strips. You can use any one or two types of sausage, ham or boiled meat.
- Dice two processed cheese and 80 g of hard cheese. We clean the onion, rinse it, cut one half into thin quarter rings. We rinse sweet bell pepper, cut the stem and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh of the pepper into thin strips.
- We wash 20 g of greens - it can be parsley, dill or any other at your discretion. Dry it and chop finely.
- We spread 4 slices of tomato for each piece of dough, then in a chaotic manner we spread the meat product (sausage, bacon, etc.) Then we sprinkle with onion half rings, lay out slices of bell pepper, cubes of processed cheese and hard cheese, sprinkle with herbs. We send to bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees.
- After baking, you get four slices of pizza. Let them cool a little and you can eat.
