Cooking dough
- Sift 300 g of flour into a deep bowl, add 1 teaspoon with a hill of dried yeast, a teaspoon of sugar, ¾ teaspoon of salt to it and mix.
- We heat 180 ml of water to 40 degrees and send to a loose mixture, knead the dough.
- When the dough is practically kneaded, add one tablespoon of olive oil. Instead of olive, you can use any vegetable refined oil to eliminate the odor of dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, so that it takes one lump and stops sticking to your hands.
- We divide the finished dough into four equal parts - these will be our blanks for mini-pizzas.
- From four parts of the dough we roll four balls. Sprinkle the working surface, where they will lie, with flour, and put the balls. Sprinkle them with a small amount of flour, cover with a clean towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Cooking stuffing
- At this time, prepare the filling. For the filling, we will use 100 g of ham. You can take any other meat product. Two types of sausages of different grades go well in pizza, for example, ham and hunting sausages. You can use boiled chicken meat. In general, for the filling, take those sausages or meat that you like most. Cut 100 g of ham into cubes, spread in a plate. On a coarse grater, rub 100 g of cheese. You can also take any cheese, or combine two varieties. Mozzarella is considered to be the best cheese for pizza, because it melts very well and creates pizza's beloved pizza.
- For the sauce, we will use homemade tomato juice. It can be replaced with ketchup or tomato paste and mayonnaise sauce. But if you are preparing pizza for children, it is better to use more natural products, so homemade tomato juice is best.
- In a tomato juice, add a pinch of salt and sugar, a pinch of dry garlic for flavor and two pinches of oregano, mix everything. Spices can be used any other. For example, you can add Provencal herbs or a mixture of spices for pizza instead of or together with oregano.
We collect and bake mini pizza
- We cover the baking tray with parchment paper and turn on the oven to heat up to 250 degrees. We remove the towel from the dough. It came up during this time, it is not necessary to knead it strongly or roll it out with a rolling pin, so that after baking it remains soft and airy. We take one ball, with our fingers we form a cake out of it, about the size of a saucer, and send to a baking sheet.
- We carry out such actions with each ball.
- Lubricate each cake with tomato juice.
- We spread the grated cheese and slices of ham evenly over the entire diameter of the cakes.
- We send the baking sheet to the oven, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees 15 minutes. We give the ready mini-pizza to cool, then serve it at the table or take it to work for a snack, for the children to school.
