- We expose the oil from the refrigerator so that it softens. We start by kneading the dough. Take a little warm water and dilute the yeast and sugar there, mix everything well.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl with a mixer. We pour half of the whipped mass into a separate bowl and set aside - this will not be useful to us. Add salt to the remaining half of the beaten egg. Add softened butter. You can use melted. Beat butter with egg well.
- Pour into the resulting mass of yeast. Add the baking powder to the flour and sift it into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- We begin to knead the dough, adding a little bit of the remaining water. Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour, spread it and begin to knead the dough. Knead our dough for 5-10 minutes until it becomes completely smooth. Then we form a ball out of it and put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil.
- We cover it with cling film and put it in a warm place so that it doubles. This can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
- After this time, cover the baking sheet with parchment. We form small buns from the dough and spread on a baking sheet, leaving a place between them. We leave our buns for half an hour.
- We turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 180 degrees. Cover the buns that are covered with sesame seeds on top. You can lightly lubricate the surface with water so that the sesame seeds stick better. And you can dunk buns in a bowl with sesame seeds when forming them from the dough.
- We send our buns to the oven for 12-15 minutes until they are browned. We take out the finished buns from the oven and leave to cool. At this time, we are busy stuffing for burgers. To do this, take minced meat, salt, pepper, add dried garlic. The resulting mass is mixed well.
- We form small round cutlets. They should be flat and slightly larger (by 20-30%) of our buns in size.
- Cut the cherry into small rings. Cut the cream cheese into small, thin squares.
- In the same way we cut lettuce leaves. We put the pan on the fire, pour the vegetable oil. Put the patties in a heated frying pan and fry on both sides until cooked. Put the finished patties on a plate.
- Cut the cooled buns in half. This is best done with a knife saw. On the bottom of the bun, apply a little of your favorite sauce.
- Put lettuce on the sauce. Put the cutlets on top.
- Put pieces of cheese on the patties.
- Add the cherry tomato circles to the cheese. Top with “caps” of buns. We pierce in the middle with toothpicks to fix. Canapes turn out.Toothpicks can be decorated as desired. We spread it on a plate and serve it on the table.
