Ingredients
- Fresh mussels - 1 kg
- White wine - 50-100 ml
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 100 ml
Step cooking
- Rinse and peel 1 kg of mussels from sand and algae.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with white wine.
- Put the mussels in a pan.
- Set the maximum temperature on the comfort of the hob and put your mussels on it. Cover and let it boil.
- While mussels are boiling, chop 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion.
- Remove ready-made mussels with open leaves from the heat.
- Put a frying pan on the fire and pour olive oil into it.
- Heat the oil and place the onions and garlic on the frying pan.
- Add 100 ml of tomato paste and 20-30 ml of white wine to the fried onions and garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Open the mussel leaf fully and separately set the mussel leaf.
- Put the separated leaves with mussels in a ready-made tomato sauce, which you have not had time to remove from the heat. Simmer all together for 5-7 minutes under a closed lid.
- Serve the finished dish to the table, decorating it with half a lemon.
