Ingredients
- Large mussels - 3 pcs.
- Unagi sauce - 10 g
- Cream Cheese - 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 30 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame seeds to taste
Step cooking
- 3 large mussels are separated from the sink, cleaned and set aside.
- Wash the sinks thoroughly and remove all unnecessary from them. Also do not forget to clean them from the outside.
- On a medium grater, rub 100 grams of fresh (not brine) mozzarella cheese.
- Peel and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic. Add to the cheese 30 grams of mayonnaise, 20 grams of cream cheese, 5 grams of unagi sauce and chopped garlic. Mix everything thoroughly
- Place the mussels back in the washed sinks and generously cover them with a layer of cheese sauce.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and put mussels with sauce on it.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius and set our mussels for 10 minutes to bake. We put the finished mussels on a serving dish, pour a small amount of unagi sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
