- Smash 3 pcs. eggs in a bowl for beating, pour 1/2 cup sugar to the eggs and beat with a mixer with beaters at low speed until a foam appears.
- Add to the mixture 3 tbsp. l honey, continue to whisk until fully mixed.
- In a 250 ml glass, we pour the flour (we fill the glass along the edges), add 1 tsp to it. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. soda, sift this mixture through a sieve into beaten eggs with honey, stir a little with a tablespoon. Add another 1 cup of flour to the mixture. First, stir a little with a spoon, then with a mixer until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Pour 2-3 tsp into the multicooker bowl. vegetable oil. Using a culinary brush, grease the bottom and walls of the bowl with it.
- We spread the dough with a tablespoon into the multicooker bowl, slightly level.
- We turn the crock-pot on to the “Baking” mode for 1 hour. At the end of baking, turn off the “Cooking” mode of the crock-pot (if it turns on automatically) and leave it to cool for 15 minutes under a closed lid.
Cooking cream and decorations
- Pour 300 g of sour cream and 1/2 cup sugar into a whipping container. Mix the mixture with a mixer until smooth. Sent in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- We clean kiwi 1 pc. and orange 1 pc. from the peel. We cut kiwi into thin circles of 3-4 mm, and an orange into quarters of the same circles.
We make a cake
- Using 2 pcs. We take the dishes to one of them from the slow cooker mead (various methods of extracting pastries from the slow cooker can be found on the Internet).
- We outline cakes (3 pcs.) Of the future cake, cutting a baked crust with a knife in a circle. Then we cut it completely.
- Set aside the top two cakes in a free dish with a knife and / or kitchen spatula. We coat the lower crust with the cooled cream (1/3 of the amount), spread the orange slices on top, cover with the middle crust, coat it with cream (1/2 of the remaining).
- Close the cake with the top cake and grease it with the rest of the cream. Top with kiwi slices and orange slices (if they stayed). You can also use other fruits and berries at your discretion.
- The cake is ready, now we put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours for impregnation and cooling.
