- pan;
- stand for sterilizing cans;
- bank;
- cap;
- tablespoon;
- capron cap with holes;
- plate.
Ingredients
- Grapes - 700-900 g
- Black pepper peas - 5-6 pcs.
- Allspice black pepper - 5-6 pcs.
- Carnation - 1 pc.
- Bay leaf - 1 pc.
- Vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l
- Water - 600 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1/2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- First, pour water into the pan and lower the seaming lid into it. On top of the pan we put a stand for sterilizing cans and directly to the can. After boiling, sterilize the jar for about 10 minutes. If desired, you can boil the lid, and calcinate the jar at maximum power in the microwave or in the oven.
- While the jar is being sterilized, wash the grapes and separate the berries from the bunch. For this recipe, you can use several grape varieties of different colors. The main thing is that all berries are about the same size and have the same elasticity. Also, for pickling, you should choose varieties with crispy dense pulp.
- After 10 minutes, remove the jar from the water bath and lower to the bottom a few peas of allspice, 5-6 peas of black pepper, 1 bud of cloves, as well as 1 bay leaf.
- After that, we begin to spread the prepared grapes in a jar. If you use several varieties of different colors, they can be layered. So they will look prettier in the bank.
- Next, pour about 600 ml of pure water into the pan and bring to a boil. After the water boils, pour cool boiling water into a jar. This must be done carefully so that the jar does not burst. Fill to the top and leave for about 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, using a capron cap with holes, pour the water into the pan and proceed to prepare the syrup. Optionally, you can use clean water.
- In boiling water add 1 tbsp. l sugar, 1/2 tbsp. l salt, and mix thoroughly until sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
- While the syrup is being prepared, pour 2 tbsp directly into the jar of grapes. l vinegar 9%.
- Ready syrup is poured into the jar almost to the top. Next, close the boiled lid and close. After that, cover the jar with a towel and leave it to cool completely. Store pickled grapes in a cool, dark place. Enjoy your meal.
