Step cooking
- We begin by peeling two medium onions and one large clove of garlic.
- We cut the onions into 4 parts and send them into a deep bowl.
- Divide the garlic clove into large pieces and send after the onion.
- We grind the products to a mushy state using a submersible blender.
- In the resulting slurry, add 5 g of salt, ground paprika and ground black pepper. If desired, you can add any other favorite spices or finely chopped herbs. Pour 40 ml of odorless vegetable oil there. It is best to use products such as olive or refined sunflower oil - they do not have a specific pungent odor, which will have a very positive effect on the aroma of the cooked dish.
- Thoroughly stir everything with a regular spoon, and then grease 4 steaks with a marinade.
- We cover the steaks with cling film and leave them to marinate at room temperature for about an hour.
- After the specified time, we send the steaks to the oven, preheated to 200 ° C.
- Cook the dish using the grill for half an hour.
