Step cooking
- It is necessary to prepare all the ingredients on the list and the work surface. For this recipe, any mushrooms are suitable: champignons or, as in this case, oyster mushrooms. Mushrooms should choose a small size. But if necessary, large mushrooms can be cut into several parts. We disassemble the oyster mushrooms into separate mushrooms, cut off the dense part of the leg.
- We send the mushrooms into a deep bowl or colander and rinse well under running water.
- When all the mushrooms are prepared, we will prepare the marinade. Pour 1 liter of water into the pan. Pour 2 tbsp in water. l salt and 1 tbsp. l Sahara.
- We put the pan on the stove and bring the water to a boil.
- Add spices: 5 pcs. black peppercorns, 2 pcs. sweet peppers, 2 pcs. carnations.
- When the marinade has begun to boil, put all the mushrooms, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
- Two minutes before the end of cooking mushrooms, add 2 bay leaves.
- Pour 3 - 4 tbsp. l vinegar 9%. Since the mushrooms cooked in this marinade are not designed for long-term storage, the amount of vinegar can be reduced or increased. It all depends on your taste and preferences. The more vinegar you add, the sharper the mushrooms will turn out.
- Lastly, pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, mix and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- These mushrooms can be prepared pickled onions. To do this, cut one medium-sized onion with thin feathers.
- Pour the onion with a hot marinade with mushrooms, leave it at room temperature for 3-4 hours until it cools completely, and then send it to the refrigerator for the night. For convenience, mushrooms can be transferred to glass jars and pour brine on top, it should cover the mushrooms completely. Mushrooms absorb marinade very quickly, so the next day you can try the mushrooms.
- Serve the mushrooms with pickled onions or with fresh, finely chopped onions. You can add chopped garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar, ground black pepper to the mushrooms - all that you love.
