Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- Kefir - 1 stack.
- Semolina - 1 stack.
- Sugar - 1 stack.
- Wheat flour - 1 stack.
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 sachet
- Baking powder - 10 g
- Butter (for bowl lubrication) - 10-15 g
- Raisins - 50-70 g
- Powdered sugar (for decoration) - 3-4 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Pour kefir (1 cup) into a bowl. Kefir should be at room temperature, so first remove it from the refrigerator. Pour semolina into kefir (1 cup) and mix well. Leave the semolina to swell for 30-40 minutes.
- In a clean dry bowl, beat in the chicken eggs (3 pieces) and add sugar (1 cup) to them. Whisk the egg mixture lightly with a whisk or mixer. Transfer the swollen semolina to a bowl of beaten eggs with sugar and mix.
- Add sifted wheat flour (1 cup) to the bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
- Pour vanilla sugar (1 sachet) and baking powder (10 grams) into the dough. Mix well again.
- Lubricate the multicooker bowl with a piece of butter (10-15 grams) and pour all the prepared dough.
- If desired, sprinkle raisins washed and dried on a paper towel on top of the dough.
- Close the lid of the multicooker, select the “Baking” mode and set the timer for 50 minutes.
- After the multicooker signal, open the lid - the mannik is ready.
