Ingredients
- Kefir fat content of 2.5% - 500 ml
- Semolina - 520 ml

Step cooking
- Peel pre-washed apples (400 grams). Remove the middle from the apples by cutting the fruit in half. Cut the halves into thin slices approximately 3 mm thick. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice (20 ml) to prevent pieces of fruit from darkening. Tighten a plate of apples with cling film. To prepare such a manna, it is better to take apples of sweet and sour or sour varieties with dense pulp.
- Pour 500 ml of semolina into a deep bowl. Pour 1/4 teaspoon of table salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda into semolina.
- Add 200 grams of granulated sugar to the mixture. Stir the contents of the bowl with a spoon or a cooking spatula until all the ingredients are evenly distributed in the mixture.
- Add 8 grams of vanilla sugar (or vanilla on the tip of the knife) to the bowl. Pour in a bowl of dry ingredients 500 ml of kefir fat content of 2.5%. Mix well. Let the dough stand for 30-40 minutes to make the semolina swell. Pastry from the dough with the infused semolina dough always turns out more delicious, has a soft, loose structure. Kefir in manna can be replaced with yogurt, natural yogurt, sour cream of any fat content.
- In sliced dough, put apple slices, mix well.
- Brush the muffin pan with vegetable oil (30 ml) using a cooking brush. Sprinkle the bottom of the molds (16-18 pieces) and the side surfaces with semolina (20 ml), so that it is easier to get the finished manna. Mannik can be prepared in one large form in the form of a pie, in this case the time and temperature of the baking will change.
- Carefully fill the molds, filling them in about 2/3 of the volume. Bake at 200 ° C for approximately 25-30 minutes. The readiness of the cupcakes is determined using a skewer.
- Remove the finished manna from the molds, let cool slightly. Sprinkle the cakes on top with powdered sugar (30 grams) through a thick strainer.
