- To prepare such a breakfast, it is not necessary to use milk, you can cook semolina porridge in the water, and at the same time, it will turn out no less tender. First, put a small pot on the stove and pour 2 cups of water into it. We wait until the liquid boils.
- After the water in the pan boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and add 200 g of semolina. Doing this is required gradually, while constantly and actively mixing everything with a whisk so that lumps do not form. There is also another way by which no lumps are observed in the finished dish. To do this, when adding cereal to boiling water, it needs to be sieved through a sieve and also mixed vigorously.
- We make minimal heat and cook semolina for 5 minutes. Periodically, you need to stir the porridge with a whisk and make sure that it does not burn. Do not forget to salt the porridge by adding about 1 tsp. table salt.
- After 5 minutes, the porridge is ready, and you can transfer it to a deep plate. You can add tenderness and softness to the finished dish by adding 2 tsp. butter. It is necessary to add oil while the porridge is still hot, while it needs to be mixed well. You can also add to taste natural honey or sprinkle it with a little sugar. Semolina made on the water is very tender, and with the correct preparation, no lumps are formed. This breakfast is ideal for children and adults. If you like sweeter semolina, you can add slices of fresh fruit or berries, as well as raisins.
