  1. We take 4 tangerines and wash thoroughly under running water. We clean the tangerines from the peel and divide into slices (it is also desirable to clear the slices from white strings).

  13. You can decorate a cupcake before serving. In sugar powder (140 g) squeeze lemon juice (from the 1st lemon), after cutting it into quarters (so the juice is squeezed out much easier).
    To make the icing, combine the icing sugar with lemon juice.
  14. Mix the mass until a uniform glaze is obtained.

  15. With the resulting glaze, we spread the cupcake.
    Lubricate the cupcake with the resulting white icing.
  16. On top of the icing spread the slices of mandarin.
    Decorate the product with tangerine slices.
  17. Melt the chocolate (150 g) in a water bath and apply to the cupcake in any convenient way (sleeve, spoon, through a bag).
    Pour over the dessert with melted chocolate.
