Step cooking
- Put on a large fire a frying pan with 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil to warm up.
- Crush the flat side of the knife with 2-3 cloves of garlic and finely chop the tip.
- In the heated oil, run the garlic, and while it is fried, chop one small head of onion in small cubes.
- Add the onion cubes to the slightly pinked garlic, mix and fry until golden, without reducing the flame of the burner.
- Peeled and washed mushrooms (130 g, you can take a mixture of oyster mushrooms with champignons) cut into small cubes or arbitrary slices. To the onion starting to golden, let the chopped mushrooms and fry until cooked with periodic mixing of the contents of the pan.
- While mushrooms are fried, dissolve the chicken fillet in arbitrary pieces - slices, sticks, large straws or cubes.
- Add chopped chicken breast to the onion with mushrooms and garlic, mix the products with a spatula and mix until the pieces of the fillet turn white.
- Salt, pepper and sprinkle the contents of the pan with 1 tsp. dried oregano and chopped basil leaves, as well as about ¼ tsp. nutmeg.
Did you know? If there is no finished crushed nutmeg, you can grate a small amount of the whole nut directly into the pan. - When the chicken meat has reached the state of semi-preparedness (all pieces whiten, but not fried), pour 200 ml of cream in a skillet.
- Following there, send 350 ml of ordinary filtered water or chicken broth and two hundred to a boil.
- Run pasta into boiling sauce (in this case fettuccine pasta) and mix.
- Reduce the heat / heat of the burner to medium and cook according to the time indicated on the packaging under the closed lid, stirring the contents of the pan from time to time. Meanwhile, finely chop a ½ bunch of greenery.
- Grate 100 g mozzarella, 25 g parmesan and sprinkle with cheese the finished dish while it is still languishing on the stove.
- Mix the contents of the pan thoroughly, turn off the burner and pour finely chopped greens into the dish and mix again.
- Arrange the pasta with chicken and mushrooms on serving plates and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
The dish can be served both in portions and on a general dish, but be sure to sprinkle with a pinch of grated Parmesan on top, and you can garnish with a sprig of parsley.
