Step cooking
- Pour 1.5-2 liters of water into the multicooker bowl, salt it and turn on the “Paste” mode, if any. We set the time a little more than indicated on the packaging of pasta, so that the water has time to boil.
- Immerse 450 g of pasta in boiling water. Any varieties are suitable, except perhaps spaghetti, since it will be inconvenient to work with them in a slow cooker. Cook pasta to al dente for as long as indicated on the package.
- Throw the finished pasta into a colander and drain the water. We wash and dry the multicooker bowl with an ordinary or paper towel. In a clean, dry bowl, pour 1 tbsp. l flour and spread it over the area of the bottom of the bowl as even as a thin layer. In the "Frying" mode, we bring the flour to a cream color.
- Pour 350 ml of warm milk into the prepared flour and stir the ingredients until smooth without lumps.
- Rub 200 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater. It is best to take 2 types to make the taste more diverse. Cheese must be of high quality, so that when heated, it melts, and does not break up into lumps. Grated cheese is gradually immersed in the milk and flour mixture, constantly stirring the contents of the bowl. As a result, the mass should be slightly thick and viscous.
- At the end, add 50 g of butter to the sauce and stir until it is completely dissolved. At this stage, add ⅓ tsp. ground black pepper or a mixture of peppers and ½ tsp. salt. To make the sauce more spicy or piquant, add mustard, chopped garlic and various spices in the right volumes.
- The total cooking time for the sauce is approximately 11 minutes. Pour the cooked pasta into the prepared sauce, mix thoroughly and serve without fail in the hot form.
- You can decorate the finished dish with chopped herbs or a small amount of grated cheese. You can eat it as a separate dish, or as a second in a set dinner.
