Step cooking
- Make a cream pasta sauce for pasta. To do this, rinse under running water, and if necessary, peel 200-300 g of fresh mushrooms. You can use oyster mushrooms or champignons, they are always available. Then cut the mushrooms into 4 parts, if they are large, then you can cut it even smaller. Place the mushrooms in a deep plate. Peel one small onion, rinse and cut into small cubes. Then, cut about 300 g of ham into cubes or thin strips. Melt about 20-25 g butter in a deep skillet on the stove.
- Pour the chopped mushrooms into the pan and fry them for about 5-10 minutes, periodically stirring with a spatula. Then add the onion to the mushrooms, mix and fry it to a translucent state, also stirring with a spatula.
- Pour the chopped ham into the pan and fry all the ingredients for about 2 minutes, stirring them. Then add about 200 g of sour cream to the pan, mix everything well, salt and pepper with black ground pepper to taste. Stew the sauce for about a minute, and when it is ready, remove the pan from the heat.
- Place a pot of 3-4 liters of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add spices to your taste to make the pasta more refined and aromatic. You can use ready-made seasoning for soup or other herbs. Salt water with a pinch of salt.
- Pour about 300-400 g of pasta, preferably hard varieties, into boiling water and cook them according to the time indicated in the instructions on the packaging, stirring occasionally. You can take pasta of any shape, pasta, spaghetti. Do not digest pasta, but rather cook them to a state of al-dente so that they are firm. When ready, discard the pasta in a colander so that all the water glass.
- If desired, you can pour the pasta in a pan to a sour cream sauce, mix everything and warm for 1-2 minutes. Or you can put the pasta on a dish and pour over it with sour cream sauce.
You can decorate and enhance the taste of pasta in sour cream sauce with finely chopped parsley and grated hard cheese, which will also melt appetizing slightly. In addition, you can prepare a light salad of fresh vegetables.
