Step cooking
- Prepare any pasta that you have. It can be horns, shells, noodles, spirals, etc. The recipe uses already cooked and finished products. But this does not mean that only "yesterday's" pasta is suitable for this dish. Not at all. You can specially boil new pasta to cook them with eggs. The amount of pasta given in the recipe is arbitrary. If you have 400-500 g left for dinner, for example, then do not separate and throw away excess, just adjust the number of eggs.
- Measure and prepare all the other ingredients, because the dish is prepared very quickly and you simply will not have time to run around and look for what is needed. As for sausages, you can take absolutely any sausage - boiled dumplings, cervelat, with cheese, bacon, etc. Sausages, sausages, ham, and even prepared meat are suitable. In general, everything you have available in the refrigerator. You need to peel the sausage and cut it. You can cut with cubes, thin strips, quarters and even semicircles. That is the way you like it. Cut the tomatoes in thick semicircles. If tomatoes with a thick skin - it is better to cut it off, otherwise it will curl up and chew poorly.
- Break 4 eggs into a separate bowl. Salt and pepper the eggs a little.
- With a whisk (or regular fork), beat the eggs slightly until smooth.
- Pour in 0.5 cups of cold milk and whisk on until a small froth appears on top.
- Put 30-40 g of butter in a pan and place it on the stove. Wait for the butter to melt.
- Put the pasta in the pan and warm them a little. If there is a lot of pasta, then mix them so that they heat more evenly.
- In random order, lay the slices of sausage on top of the pasta.
- Then also put chopped tomatoes. Add some salt and pepper on top of the tomatoes.
- Pour the whole dish with beaten eggs with milk. Try to fill evenly to get everywhere.
- Close the lid and simmer for 5-6 minutes. The main criterion is the readiness of the eggs.
- Put the casserole on portioned plates and enjoy a delicious dish!
