Step cooking
- Fill the pan with water (1.5-2 liters) and put on fire to boil the water.
- If desired, you can break the spaghetti into 2 or 4 parts. Open the jar of stew with the key.
- Peel and onion (1 piece) and rinse. Cut the onions into small cubes, first cutting the onion in half and lengthwise, and then across.
- Salted water in a pan, add salt to your taste and put spaghetti in a pan. Cook pasta according to package instructions until cooked. Throw pasta into a colander.
- Place the pan on the stove and heat it. Put a piece of butter (30 grams) in a pan and let it melt.
- Put the diced onion in melted butter and fry until transparent, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
- While the onions are fried, mash the stew in a jar with a fork. For convenience, you can transfer the contents of the jar into a small bowl or deep plate. When the onion is fried, put the stew in it and warm it for several minutes. Put cooked pasta to the contents of the pan, mix well and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Try the dish on salt and salt if necessary.
Decoration methods and serving options
Place the finished dish immediately after cooking on portioned plates. Garnish pasta with stew with finely chopped green onions, if desired. Various homemade pickles are well suited to such a dish: tomatoes in their own juice, pickled mushrooms or cucumbers in ketchup.
