Step cooking
- In a medium-sized pot, pour 2 liters of water and put on the hob. Salt the liquid using 2 tsp. table salt.
- In boiling water we put 400 g of pasta of any shape. To make the dish tasty and the pasta does not stick together, choose a product from durum wheat or group A. After adding the pasta to the water, stir them a little with a spatula. Cook until half ready, it will take about 5-7 minutes. After 5-7 minutes, when the pasta is almost cooked, drain the water. To do this, it is better to use a colander. We put the pasta back into the pan, and again put it on a small fire. Pour 2 tbsp. l olive oil and mix well with a spatula. This is required so that the pasta is crumbly.
- In a separate pan, put 60 g of butter and melt it over low heat. Add 30 g of wheat flour, mix and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. After a few minutes, pour 1 liter of milk into a pan with butter. During its addition, we actively mix everything with a spatula. It is important to stir the ingredients well while getting rid of lumps. Reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Add 1/4 tsp to milk with butter. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Mix with a spatula so that the spices are distributed throughout the liquid. On a coarse grater, rub 85 g of semi-hard cheese and send it to a pan with milk, stirring with a spatula.
- On a fine grater, rub 85 g of Cheddar cheese and also add to the pan to the rest of the ingredients. Stir with a spatula so that the cheese does not come in one piece. Also finely rub 85 g of Mozzarella cheese and add to the sauce. Stir until smooth.
- We put the pasta in a pan with cheese sauce, mixing everything well. The sauce should be evenly distributed over all pasta. Pour 1 tsp. Onto the baking dish. vegetable oil and evenly distribute it with a silicone brush. We lubricate not only the bottom of the form, but also the inner edges to the very top.
- In a greased form, we transfer the pasta in cheese sauce.
- 15-30 g of all types of cheeses (semi-solid, Mozzarella and Cheddar) are rubbed on a fine grater and alternately sprinkled with pasta. Top the dish with 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika.
- We put the form with pasta casserole in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. During this time, the pasta will have time to fully prepare, and the cheese grated on top will melt and cover with a beautiful crust. Cooked pasta with cheese in the oven.
