Step cooking
- We put a small pot of water on the fire. When the water boils, salt it to taste and add 250 g of pasta.
- Cook them until half cooked, remove from heat and add a little olive oil.
- We take 7 sausages and cut them into identical pieces about 1-2 cm wide.
- We heat a deep frying pan over medium heat and pour about 50 ml of olive oil into it.
- Finely chop half the onion and 4 cloves of garlic. We send the onions and garlic to the pan. Constantly mixing, fry them for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add chopped sausages to the pan and fry them 2 minutes until golden brown.
- We cut 4 tomatoes into medium-sized cubes and also send them to the pan.
- At maximum heat, fry all the ingredients for at least 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the resulting mixture to taste. Also add 1.5 tsp. oregano and 1 tsp Sahara.
- If you like spicy, you can add 2 tbsp to the ingredients. l pickled chili peppers, but this is not a mandatory item.
- To the resulting dressing add 300 g of fat cream. Mix everything and reduce the fire.
- We send lightly cooked pasta into the pan and fill it with 150 ml of water.
- Mix all the ingredients well so that the pasta can soak in the finished sauce. Stew the dish under the lid for about 5-7 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
- We put ready pasta on plates. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
This dish turns out very tasty and beautiful in appearance. You can easily serve it on the table when you receive guests or just cook dinner for your family. We assure you that no one can remain indifferent.
How to make the dish even better
Be sure to follow these tips to make pasta even more mouth-watering and tasty:
- In no case do not send dry pasta to the pan. Be sure to spend them a little or at least pour over boiling water.
- Choose pasta in the form of tubes or horns. They have holes in them that are easily filled with creamy filling, which makes them juicy and tasty.
- Give preference to products from durum wheat. They are much more useful than regular pasta and do not boil during the heat treatment.
- Choose sausages with a high meat content. Do not save on this ingredient, because the whole taste of the finished dish depends on it.
