Ingredients

water 100-150 ml

Step cooking

  1. We put a small pot of water on the fire. When the water boils, salt it to taste and add 250 g of pasta.
    Put the pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. Cook them until half cooked, remove from heat and add a little olive oil.
    Cook pasta until half ready.
  3. We take 7 sausages and cut them into identical pieces about 1-2 cm wide.
    Chop the sausages.
  4. We heat a deep frying pan over medium heat and pour about 50 ml of olive oil into it.
    Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
  5. Finely chop half the onion and 4 cloves of garlic. We send the onions and garlic to the pan. Constantly mixing, fry them for about 4-5 minutes.
    Spread the chopped onion and fry in a pan.
  6. Add chopped sausages to the pan and fry them 2 minutes until golden brown.
    Add sausages to the onion.
  7. We cut 4 tomatoes into medium-sized cubes and also send them to the pan.
    Add the sliced ​​tomatoes to the pan.
  8. At maximum heat, fry all the ingredients for at least 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the resulting mixture to taste. Also add 1.5 tsp. oregano and 1 tsp Sahara.
    Add the spices.
  9. If you like spicy, you can add 2 tbsp to the ingredients. l pickled chili peppers, but this is not a mandatory item.
    Spread the chili pepper in the pan.
  10. To the resulting dressing add 300 g of fat cream. Mix everything and reduce the fire.
    Add fat cream.
  11. We send lightly cooked pasta into the pan and fill it with 150 ml of water.
    We spread the pasta in the sauce with sausages, add a little water.
  12. Mix all the ingredients well so that the pasta can soak in the finished sauce. Stew the dish under the lid for about 5-7 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
    Mix the ingredients, simmer for a few more minutes.
  13. We put ready pasta on plates. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
    When serving pasta with sausages, you can sprinkle with grated cheese.
