Step cooking
- First, cut the pork into small cubes. We put on the stove a deep pan with a thick bottom or stewpan. Add 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil. If the meat is fat, the amount of vegetable oil can be reduced. Then lay the chopped pork in a well-heated skillet, salt and pepper to taste. You can also add seasoning to meat or any other set of spices. Fry the pork over medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. If too much fat is leaked from the meat, the excess can be removed with a spoon.
- Peel 1 medium-sized onion from the husk and cut into small cubes. Add the chopped onion to the pan to the fried pork. Mix.
- Peel 1 small carrot from the skin and cut into strips. Sliced carrots also spread to pork and onions. Mix.
- We clear sweet bell pepper from cuttings and seeds. Cut into small cubes, add to the pan to the remaining ingredients and mix. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Then pour in 350 g of thick tomato juice. If necessary, salt, pepper or add your favorite spices. Mix thoroughly and leave to simmer under a closed lid for about 30 minutes. Please note that tomato juice often already contains a certain amount of salt, so you should try it before using so as not to over-salt the finished dish.
- After that, finely chop the parsley or dill and add it to the meat and vegetables. Then pour 500 ml of hot water into the pan and mix thoroughly all the ingredients.
- Next, pour 300 g of pasta into the pan, mix and leave for 8 minutes. Any curly pasta (for example, bows, horns, feathers, spirals, etc.) is suitable for this recipe, but it is better to choose pasta marked "From durum wheat".
- We put the finished dish on portioned plates, sprinkle with finely chopped greens on top and serve. Enjoy your meal.
