Step cooking
- Cut into small pieces 270 g of boneless beef or any other meat that you like; 1 onion peel and cut into small cubes; wash the tomato, remove the peel and rub on a coarse grater. In a cauldron or thick-walled pan, pour 100 g of vegetable oil and put on fire. As soon as it warms up, add chopped onion to it, and then the meat. Fry the ingredients, periodically mixing them so as not to burn.
- As soon as the onion becomes transparent-golden, add the grated tomato, salt and spices to taste. A mix of peppers, turmeric, cumin, thyme, basil, rosemary and tarragon is great for beef, but you can put what you like best.
- Pour into a cauldron 1.5-2 liters of hot boiled water. We cook such an impromptu zirvak for 15-20 minutes.
- Add raw pasta, and if necessary add water so that it barely covers the pasta on top. Cook for another 10-12 minutes.
- We serve ready-made pasta as a separate or second course in a set lunch. To give a better taste, you can pour the pasta on top with any tomato or white sauce or adjika.
