Step cooking
Before starting to cook the main course, marinate the chicken fillet. To do this, put the two halves of the chicken in a deep bowl. Peel the ginger and either rub it on a fine grater or cut into small pieces. Next, peel 4-5 cloves of garlic, chop with a knife or garlic, and add all this to the meat. Then pour 100-150 g of soy sauce, depending on the size of the pieces of meat. Pepper to taste. Also, if desired, you can add any other spices. Please note that soy sauce is quite salty, so you do not need to add salt to the marinade. We close the container with meat with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Cut the pickled chicken into small pieces. Pour into the pan 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat well.
- Put the chopped chicken on the preheated pan. Fry the chicken fillet until almost cooked over medium heat, stirring occasionally. If desired, you can add chopped onions.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- For this recipe you need instant noodles. Pour the vermicelli into the pan and fry it for a minute, stirring occasionally. As soon as the noodles are fried to a beautiful golden color, pour boiling water into the pan. Water should completely cover the vermicelli. If necessary, add a little salt. Leave for 3 minutes with the lid closed.
- After 3 minutes, remove the lid and sprinkle with chopped herbs. We lay out the finished vermicelli with chicken fillet in portioned plates and serve. Enjoy your meal.
Did you know? Please note that regular pasta or spaghetti is also suitable for this recipe. But in this case, they need to be boiled separately, according to the manufacturer's recommendations indicated on the package, and already put the fried chicken fillet in the ready-made pasta and mix. And so the pasta does not stick together, you can add a little vegetable oil to the water.
