Fried chicken pasta in a creamy sauce

Chicken breast fillet 6 pcs
Spaghetti 1 pack

Chicken bouillon 150 ml
Chicken Cube (if no broth) 1 PC.
Water (if there is no broth) 150 ml
Fat cream 150 ml
Milk 150 ml
Chopped green onions 5-7 arrows
Parmesan Cheese 200 g
Salt taste
Important! Pasta should be chosen only those that are made from durum wheat! This is half the success.

Cooking Spaghetti Right

  1. To cook the right pasta, you should remember: for 100 g of dry pasta you need to take at least 1 liter of water, and for one liter of water - at least 1 tsp. salt. Pour water into the pan (the pan should be with a thick bottom) and let it boil. Add salt.
    In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add spaghetti. Do not break, do not crumble. Fan in the water, and they themselves will fall under heating.
    Add salt to the boiling water and spread the spaghetti.
  3. Do not cover and simmer for as long as indicated on the packaging. Properly cooked spaghetti should be slightly cooked. Drain the water. Never rinse with cold water! In order not to stick together, you can add butter or olive oil (by the way, olive oil can be added during cooking).
    After boiling the spaghetti until cooked, we fold it out into a colander, and then transfer it to a pan or a deep plate.
  4. Cover the spaghetti with a lid and wrap it in a towel so that it does not cool down while the sauce and chicken are being prepared.

Cooking Chicken Breasts

  1. Halve the chicken breasts in advance, wash and dry on a paper towel.
    Wash the chicken fillet and cut it in half.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, cut into small pieces. Pour in olive oil.
    Put a piece of butter in a pan and add a little olive oil.
  3. Peel and finely chop a clove of garlic. When the pan is fully heated, add the garlic. Fry it just a little to smell.
    Fry chopped garlic in oil so that it gives its flavor.
  4. Put the chicken breast halves in a pan. Fry on both sides over low heat until cooked. Chicken meat is cooked very quickly, so you need to monitor the frying process.
    Fry the chicken on both sides.
  5. When the breasts are ready, cut them as you like: you can dice, you can plate.
    Cut the fried fillet into smaller pieces.

Cooking Creamy Sauce

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Put it in the pan where the chicken was cooked. Stir constantly. The onion should become softer, but at the same time remain white.
    In a pan in which the filet was fried. put finely chopped onion.
  2. Once the onion is soft, pour in the broth. If there is no broth, then you can replace it with a similar amount of water with one chicken cube.
    Stir onion until soft and add the broth.
  3. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer over low heat without closing the lid, 10 min.
    Bring the broth with onions to a boil.
  4. Pour in the cream and mix.
    Introduce the future cream sauce, mix.
  5. Pour in milk, mix again
    Add milk as well.
  6. Pour green onions. It should be washed and chopped as you like.
    Then add the finely chopped green onions.
  7. Grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Pour into the pan.
    Wait until the sauce is cooked, add grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Constantly stirring, bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
    Mix the sauce. we bring it to homogeneity.
  9. Combine spaghetti, chicken and cream sauce. Serve either in a large deep plate, or spread out on a serving plates. The main thing is not to spare the sauce, pour plenty of pasta on it!
