Step cooking
Cooking Spaghetti Right
- To cook the right pasta, you should remember: for 100 g of dry pasta you need to take at least 1 liter of water, and for one liter of water - at least 1 tsp. salt. Pour water into the pan (the pan should be with a thick bottom) and let it boil. Add salt.
- Add spaghetti. Do not break, do not crumble. Fan in the water, and they themselves will fall under heating.
- Do not cover and simmer for as long as indicated on the packaging. Properly cooked spaghetti should be slightly cooked. Drain the water. Never rinse with cold water! In order not to stick together, you can add butter or olive oil (by the way, olive oil can be added during cooking).
- Cover the spaghetti with a lid and wrap it in a towel so that it does not cool down while the sauce and chicken are being prepared.
Cooking Chicken Breasts
- Halve the chicken breasts in advance, wash and dry on a paper towel.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, cut into small pieces. Pour in olive oil.
- Peel and finely chop a clove of garlic. When the pan is fully heated, add the garlic. Fry it just a little to smell.
- Put the chicken breast halves in a pan. Fry on both sides over low heat until cooked. Chicken meat is cooked very quickly, so you need to monitor the frying process.
- When the breasts are ready, cut them as you like: you can dice, you can plate.
Cooking Creamy Sauce
- Peel and dice the onion. Put it in the pan where the chicken was cooked. Stir constantly. The onion should become softer, but at the same time remain white.
- Once the onion is soft, pour in the broth. If there is no broth, then you can replace it with a similar amount of water with one chicken cube.
- Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer over low heat without closing the lid, 10 min.
- Pour in the cream and mix.
- Pour in milk, mix again
- Pour green onions. It should be washed and chopped as you like.
- Grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Pour into the pan.
- Constantly stirring, bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
- Combine spaghetti, chicken and cream sauce. Serve either in a large deep plate, or spread out on a serving plates. The main thing is not to spare the sauce, pour plenty of pasta on it!
