Step cooking
- For this recipe, any pasta made from durum wheat, such as horns, shells, spirals or feathers, is suitable. We start the cooking process with the boiling of pasta. Pour 2.5 liters of water into the multicooker bowl, add 1 tbsp. l salt. Close the lid of the multicooker, select the "Paste" mode. Normally in this mode, the timer is set to 8 minutes. This time is enough to boil any pasta. We are waiting for a sound signal when the water boils. While the water is warming, we proceed to the preparation of the remaining ingredients. Finely chop the tomatoes. It is best to cut them into a small cube.
- Bell peppers are cleaned from cuttings and seeds. After that, we also cut into small cubes.
- Chicken fillet cut into small pieces about 3-4 cm in length.
- Next, peel 4 cloves of garlic from the husk and cut into thin plates. Garlic is needed primarily for flavoring butter.
- When a sound sounded, indicating that the water was boiling, send the pasta there, mix, close the multicooker lid and press the "Start" button. After 8 minutes, the pasta will be ready.
- Drain the water and transfer the pasta to another bowl. Pour 2 tbsp into the multicooker bowl. l sunflower oil. Put the chopped garlic in the oil immediately. Choose the mode "Frying", the type of product "Vegetables". Press “Start” and wait 3 minutes for the oil to heat up.
- After 3 minutes, we take out the garlic and send the chicken into the multicooker bowl. Fry the chicken from all sides. After 10 minutes of frying, add pepper and tomatoes. We mix everything so that the chicken is saturated with the taste and aroma of vegetables.
- Add 1/2 tsp. black pepper and 1/2 tbsp. l salt. Mix. Pour 200 ml of cream, mix and leave until the end of the program. The total cooking time is 15 minutes.
- When the chicken with vegetables is cooked, there are two options. Either put the pasta directly in the gravy, or put the pasta on a portioned plate separately and pour chicken and vegetables in cream sauce on top. We decorate the finished dish with finely chopped parsley for aroma. Enjoy your meal.
