Step cooking
- First you need to peel the shrimp. If they come with the head, then you need to remove it, then clean off the shell, cut and remove the intestinal tract.
- Then wash the shrimp with water and put it on a paper towel to dry.
- Finely chop the garlic, parsley, mozzarella. Turn on the pan, add the butter. When the oil is flooded, add the garlic.
- After a minute, we add the shrimp to the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes, constantly stirring. Make sure that each shrimp is fried from all sides.
- Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, fry for 1 minute, stirring.
- Pour the cream and add the parsley. All mix well. We put the fire to the maximum level. Stew for 5 minutes.
- Add half the mozzarella, salt, pepper, add the chili flakes and mix. We put the fire at the very minimum and cover the pan with a lid. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. It is recommended that cooking be reduced for a few minutes so that the pasta is cooked to an al dente state, that is, slightly undercooked. Add the finished pasta to the pan, mix, cover. We put on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mass from the pan into the baking dish, mix. Add a pinch of dried oregano. Lay on top mozzarella cheese, sliced in slices.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The bottom and top heating should work, but this is unprincipled. And set our dish for 15 minutes.
- We take out of the oven and serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
