- In a deep bowl we spread 400 grams of fresh minced chicken. You can take any other meat. Add to it spices to taste (allspice, herbs), salt. Knead the meat with spices directly with your hands.
- We begin to form small balls, rolling them in the palms. So that the meat does not stick to your hands, you need to moisten them with water. We heat the pan, pour a spoonful of vegetable oil on it. Formed cutlets roll in a small amount of flour and send to a preheated pan.
- Lightly fry on both sides. We cut one large onion into cubes, add it to the patties in the pan.
- We make tomato juice from three fresh tomatoes. They can be grated or chopped in a blender without skin. You can also use natural canned tomato juice, but fresh will give a more piquant taste. Pour the resulting tomato (200 ml) into the pan, mix.
- Using garlic presses, grind four cloves of garlic and pour them to the patties. Cut fresh basil leaves and parsley (to taste) and add to the pan.
- Separately, boil pasta of any shape in salted water (300 g). For such a paste, you should choose pasta from durum wheat (durum), as they do not fall apart and do not stick together. Traditional Italian dishes use only such pasta.
