Step cooking
Chop vegetables
- Cut 400 g of cherry tomatoes into halves.
- Randomly dissolve 400 g of champignons in large slices.
- Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Stew cut
- Pour 2-3 tbsp into a cold pan. l filtered water, put chopped mushrooms and put simmer on medium heat.
- In a minute, add chopped garlic.
- After 5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling, add 2 tsp to the already soft mushrooms. miso pasta, as well as 4-5 tsp. tomato paste.
- Pour the contents of the pan 1.5 tsp. onion powder, ¼ tsp. smoked paprika and add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Mix all the products in a pan, warm for a couple of minutes and put halves of cherry tomatoes on them.
- Pour 60 ml of water into the pan, mix and simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
Boil pasta and cook pasta
- Boil in a pan 1.0-1.5 liters of water with a small amount of salt.
- Pour pasta into boiling water, and cook until cooked according to the recommendations on the package.
- Drain all the pasta from the prepared pasta and pour them to the stewed mushrooms with tomatoes.
- Mix thoroughly and squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley (enough ½ bunch).
- Simmer the pasta over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until excess moisture evaporates and the contents become viscous.
- Arrange the finished dish on serving plates, and serve hot to the table.
