Step cooking
We offer to cook pasta with minced meat in a slow cooker, following this step by step recipe:
- First you need to boil pasta. Pour water into the multicooker capacity to the level of 2.5 l, add salt and close the lid. Select the "Paste" mode. Reduce the cooking time of pasta by 2-3 minutes from that indicated on the package. This is to ensure that our pasta is ready to the state of "al dente". Press "Start" and wait for the water to boil.
- While pasta is cooked, finely chop the onion. Grind tomatoes with a hand blender. The resulting mass is mixed with tomato juice.
- We rub both types of cheese on a coarse grater and mix.
- When the water boils, open the lid of the multicooker, fall asleep pasta and press "Start". Ready pasta recline in a colander.
- Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid and select the "Frying" mode. Press "Start" and wait 2 minutes for the oil to heat up. Pour onion and fry for 4 minutes.
- Add minced meat, mix and fry it with onions for 5 minutes.
- Add a mixture of peppers, mix and add tomatoes, mix again. Add salt and mix again. Mix the mixture for 2 minutes. Then turn off the "Frying" mode.
- Lubricate the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl with sunflower oil. This is done in order to easily remove the casserole at the end of cooking. We spread 1/3 of the finished pasta. We spread half the forcemeat sauce on them, distribute it over the entire surface.
- Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Next, spread the next third of pasta.
- Cover the pasta completely with the remaining minced meat and sprinkle with cheese.
- Spread the remaining pasta on top, pour out the remaining cheese, evenly distributing it on the surface.
- Close the lid of the multicooker and set the mode "Multipovar", 125 degrees, for 15 minutes. Or you can use the “Baking” mode, 15 minutes. After a quarter of an hour, turn off the heating, open the lid and leave for 5-10 minutes.
- We take out the finished casserole and serve.
