Step cooking
- Rinse the beef meat (500 grams). Remove all films and tendons and cut into arbitrary pieces so that they fit into the opening of the meat grinder.
- Twist the meat cut into pieces using a meat grinder with a fine grill. You can push the remains of minced meat from the meat grinder with a slice of onion or bread.
- Peel the onion (1 piece) and cut into small cubes.
- Pour water (1.5-2 liters) into the pan and put it on fire. As soon as the water boils, salt it well and boil the pasta until cooked. Strain pasta through a colander and rinse with cold water if necessary.
- Put a deep frying pan to warm up on fire. Pour in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) and lay onion diced. Sauté the onion over high heat until golden brown.
- When the onion begins to change color (becomes golden), put the minced meat to it.
- Let the forcemeat fry for a while, and then mix. Fry the minced meat, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid has evaporated and the minced meat has a beautiful fried color. Without turning off the pan, add the butter (30-40 grams), salt and freshly ground black pepper to the mince to taste. Mix well.
- Put the cooked pasta in a pan and mix, so that the minced meat is evenly distributed.
- Turn off the pan, pasta with minced meat in the pan ready.
Decoration methods and presentation options
Serve the pasta with minced meat cooked in a pan hot, spreading it on serving plates. You can decorate the dish with Adyghe cheese grated on medium grater and finely chopped dill or cilantro. For pasta with minced meat, you can serve ketchup, Krasnodar tomato sauce or homemade tomato sauce.
