Step cooking
- We prepare all the ingredients. Crush the garlic and chop it finely.
- Cut the bacon or brisket into strips 1.5-2 centimeters wide.
- Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
- Put the pasta in boiling salted water with oil. You can choose any pasta to your taste. You need to cook pasta strictly according to the instructions indicated on the package. Each manufacturer and pasta variety has its own time for cooking.
- We heat the pan, add a drop of oil and lubricate the whole pan with it, so that the amount of oil is minimal.
- Spread the bacon and fry for a couple of minutes. Mix the bacon well with a spatula so that the pieces peel off from each other. The important thing is that bacon should not burn! Choose medium or slow fire, depending on your stove.
- Fry the bacon for 4-5 minutes on both sides and add the garlic. Mix everything well. The fire should not be strong so that the garlic does not burn.
- As soon as the garlic gives its smell, add the tomatoes in our own juice.
- Grind the tomatoes with a spatula, add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Mix everything well. If you have already chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper do not need to be added. Often in such banks all the necessary additives for taste are already present.
- You can also add herbs, spices or seasonings to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
- When the mixture of all the ingredients warms up well, add the ready-made pasta. You can add some water from pasta so that the sauce is not so thick and more juicy.
- Mix all the ingredients well, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and cover with a lid to melt the cheese. Turn off the fire.
- After 3-5 minutes, the paste can be served on the table! Enjoy your meal!
Variations of serving and decorating dishes
