Step cooking
- Wash and cut the meat into slices. Heat the pan, add oil and let it heat. Add the meat sliced in pieces and fry, stirring constantly. The meat can be stewed in its own juice, or you can fry it to a crust - as you like.
- Cut the onion into large pieces and add to the meat. Stew all together. Be sure to mix everything.
- Cover the ingredients with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and mix well all the ingredients.
- Cut the carrots into large strips. Add carrots to the onion and meat. Mix everything well.
- Add salt to taste. You can pepper and add your favorite spices and seasonings.
- We cover the pan with a lid and simmer in our own juice until tender. Remove the lid periodically and stir the ingredients.
- Add some water if necessary, if you do not have enough liquid from meat and vegetables.
- Add the tomatoes, cut into large pieces. You can add cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes to taste and desire. Mix well and cover. Continue to simmer.
- Periodically open the lid and stir.
- When it takes about an hour after you started to stew the meat, add finely chopped parsley. Continue to simmer another 20 minutes.
- We taste the sauce, check the meat for stiffness. If the meat is soft, then everything is ready. If necessary, add salt and spices. Add more finely chopped parsley to taste and desire.
- Take solid pasta. Add to the sauce in raw form and mix well. Do not cook in advance! Pasta is cooked in a vegetable sauce cooked in a pan.
- Add water and cook pasta in a pan until cooked.
- At the very end, when the pasta is sucked in all the liquid and the whole sauce, add the garlic squeezed through the press. Mix all the ingredients well and remove the pan from the stove.
- Done! The dish can be served at the table. Enjoy your meal!
