Step cooking
- To begin, peel one onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.
- Stuffing can use mixed, 200 g of beef and pork, or other type of meat. It can be purchased ready-made, or independently twist the meat in a meat grinder. Pour about 2 tbsp into the multicooker bowl. l vegetable oil for frying.
- Turn on the slow cooker and select the “Fry / Vegetables” mode, press “Start” and let the oil heat up for about 1-2 minutes. Then pour the chopped onion into the bowl and fry it for 5 minutes until soft, periodically stirring with a spatula.
- Once the onion has softened, add 400 g of the prepared forcemeat to it, mix with a spatula and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Then turn off the "Frying" mode and pour 500 g of dry pasta of hard varieties to the minced meat. It is important to choose just such pasta so that they do not boil and do not turn into porridge. But you can take any form of products.
- Sprinkle pasta about 2/3 tbsp. l salt and add black ground pepper to taste. In a teapot, boil 1 liter of water and pour the pasta so that it is completely covered with liquid.
- Close the lid of the multicooker and select the “Cereal / Rice” mode, and also set the time to 25 minutes.
- When ready, open the multicooker lid and mix the pasta with the minced spatula well. Then let the pasta brew in the slow cooker for another 5-7 minutes, and your dish is ready.
When serving, sprinkle pasta with grated hard cheese and finely chopped herbs to your liking. As a useful addition, prepare a salad of fresh vegetables or use stocks of vegetable preservation.
