Step cooking
- Pour water into the pan, send to the fire, add a pinch of salt. After the water boils, pour any pasta. Durum products from durum wheat should be cooked for 5-7 minutes. By the way, in order to make the ready-made spaghetti as tasty as possible, the basic principles must be taken into account when cooking.
- In a liter of water we cook 100 g of pasta with the addition of 10 g of salt (proportion 1000: 100: 10). As soon as we put the pasta in the water, cover the pan with a lid so that it boils faster. Be sure to read the instructions on the packaging of pasta that you cook. They will have the exact cooking time.
- While pasta is cooked, prepare the remaining ingredients. We clean a large onion, rinse, cut into small cubes.
- We put the pan on the fire, pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, let warm. Pour onion, add a pinch of salt and one teaspoon of sugar. Mix, fry until golden brown.
- Peel two cloves of garlic, rinse, cut very finely.
- We send the garlic to the already fried onion, mix and fry for another minute.
- Add one tablespoon of red wine vinegar to the pan, mix.
- Add two tablespoons of tomato paste to the pan, fry for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the stew on a plate, knead with a fork into the gruel, send to the pan, mix. As soon as the mixture boils, reduce the heat.
- Add spices to your liking. We used a mixture of herbs, ground coriander, paprika, salt, ground black pepper.
- Take a glass of water in which pasta was cooked. Throw the pasta in a colander, let it drain water. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix so that they do not stick together.
- Gradually add water from pasta to the pan with the stew, mix, creating the sauce of the desired density, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Then add the pasta, mix thoroughly, let it boil. After that, cover, turn off the heat and let it brew for several minutes.
- At this time, we wash five branches of fresh herbs, chop finely and sprinkle pasta. After that we can serve. To give them an unusual look, put the pasta in the soup ladle and twist it with a fork or tongs, making a spiral.
- After this, transfer to a serving plate. In addition, serve a fresh vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil.
