Step cooking
- We cut one medium-sized onion in half rings.
- Rubbed carrots on a coarse grater.
- Heat a thick-walled pan and melt two tablespoons of butter on it. There we add two tablespoons of vegetable oil (any refined). Spread onion chopped onion in rings, fry over low heat until golden brown.
