Step cooking
- Pour water at a rate of 1 liter for every 100 grams of dried pasta into the pan, that is, we need about 3 liters. Put on fire and wait for boiling.
- Throw 200 g of spaghetti into boiling water and stir them periodically so that they do not stick together. While they are preparing, we’ll do the sauce, but do not forget to check the condition of pasta every 3 minutes. Pour 20 ml of olive oil into the pan, heat it very well and throw 6-7 cloves of garlic into it, while they should be half covered with oil.
- After 2 minutes add 1 pod of chili pepper and 30 g breadcrumbs to the pan (a few pinches). Pour in one small scoop of water from the pasta pan to the oil with pepper.
- Finely chop a bunch of parsley, add part of it to the sauce. At this point, the paste, most likely, almost reached the state of al dente. It is necessary to shift it to the sauce and mix. The consistency of the contents of the pan should be creamy, not dry, therefore, when there is little water - add it from the pan.
- After 1 minute, sprinkle the paste with a few pinches of grated parmesan (40-50 grams), black pepper or a mixture to taste and mix again.
- Temporarily remove the chili pod, put the contents of the pan on a beautiful wide plate, sprinkle some more cheese and the remaining parsley, and garnish with hot pepper on top.
The dish is ready! Spaghetti Alio Olio Peperonchino turned out magnificent, insanely tasty, cheesy and with a bright taste. They are moderately sharp, and the state of the pasta itself called al dente perfectly emphasizes the richness of the dish - they are not sticky, each “straw” is separate from each other, and all the ingredients are perfectly combined with each other.
