Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 200 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Kefir - 150 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) - 80 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.

Step cooking
- Pour 150 g of kefir into a deep bowl. If desired, kefir can be replaced with milk. Next, add 1 chicken egg and 80 g of odorless vegetable oil to kefir. If you do not like to use vegetable oil for baking, you can replace it with 60 g of butter, having previously melted and cooled it. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
- After that, 200 g of wheat flour are sifted into the bowl. If you want to bake chocolate muffins, then sift 170 g of flour and 30 g of cocoa powder.
- Then add 2 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt and 120 g of granulated sugar. Knead everything thoroughly until smooth. If desired, you can add nuts, pieces of chocolate, candied fruit, vanilla extract or even cinnamon to the dough.
- Next, preheat the oven to 150 degrees in the "Top-Bottom" mode. While the oven is heating up, put special paper inserts for muffins in the baking dish and pour the dough into them. Fill out the molds should be no more than the middle, as the dough will rise.
- Put the muffin blanks in a preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes. If you want the crust to be more golden, then at the end of baking, increase the temperature to 180 degrees and keep the muffins in the oven for a few more minutes.
- We take out the finished muffins from the oven, let them cool slightly and serve. If desired, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or garnish with nuts. Enjoy your meal.
