Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- butter - 150 g
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.
- premium wheat flour - 200 g
- granulated sugar - 150 g
- vanilla sugar - 8 g
- baking soda - 10 g
- lemon juice or table vinegar - 15 ml
- salt - 1 pinch
- vegetable oil - 15 ml
Step cooking
- First of all, lay out 150 g butter in a stewpan or pan with a thick bottom. We send the dishes to a moderate fire, where we melt the creamy product to a liquid state, and then leave it to cool at room temperature.
- Break two chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add 1 pinch of salt to them. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Without turning off the device, pour 150 g of granulated sugar in small portions. Last add 8 g of vanilla sugar and once again thoroughly beat everything with a mixer.
- We spread 250 g of cottage cheese in a separate bowl and rub it with a crush to a mushy state.
- Mix the curd with the egg mixture.
- Add melted and cooled butter there, mix everything well.
- We extinguish 10 g of baking soda 15 ml of lemon juice or table vinegar.
- Separately, we sift through a fine sieve 200 g of wheat flour of the highest quality and send it to a bowl with the rest of the products.
- Knead a homogeneous curd dough.
- Lubricate the muffin molds with vegetable oil.
- Spreads the curd dough in forms, filling them in 2/3 of the volume.
- We send products to the oven heated to 180 ° C. Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes. We check the readiness of the treats with a toothpick.
- If desired, sprinkle the finished and slightly cooled products with powdered sugar.
