Ingredients
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Sunflower oil - 2.5 tbsp. l
- Kefir - 150 g
- Baking powder - 8 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Dill - 3 branches
- Chives - 2 feathers
- Salt - ½ tsp
- White ground pepper - ¼ tsp.
- Sugar - ½ tsp.
- Dried garlic - ½ tsp.
Step cooking
- On a coarse grater, rub into a deep container 150 g of hard cheese.
- Turn on the oven at 200-210 ° C and leave it to warm.
- In grated cheese, break 1 egg, add 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil, 150 g of kefir, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp ground white pepper, ½ tsp. sugar and ½ tsp dried garlic, then mix thoroughly with a fork.
- In the resulting mass, sift through a sieve 100 g of flour and 8 g of baking powder, and mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
- We wash 2 feathers of green onions under running water, and finely chop it. Under running water, wash 3 branches of dill, remove the stems and chop the greens with a knife.
- Add chopped onion and dill to the dough, mix well again.
- Lubricate paper molds for muffins 0.5 tbsp. l sunflower oil with a silicone brush, place them in a metal mold, then distribute the dough on them so that 2/3 are filled, and put in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- After 15-20 minutes, when the muffins rise and brown to a golden color, we take them out of the oven, let them cool completely, put them on a saucer and serve them on the table.
